Rachael was born in Olympia and currently lives in Tacoma with her husband Joe (who also works for Scarlett) and their very busy toddler, Huxley.  She lives for her family and absolutely loves to cook and garden. In a previous life she was an accomplished pastry chef so you can often find her in the kitchen baking with Hux (he's currently learning to crack eggs.) To unwind, Rachael enjoys reading, playing ALL the games (cards, dice, board games, pinball...you name it and she's in!) She loves to travel and explore new places so being a road rep suits her perfectly. Rachael lives by the motto "Work Hard, Play Harder" as life's too short not to enjoy the journey.

Joe is a bibliophile at heart. He loves books, bookstores, libraries and writing. When he's not reading, TV and movies sustain him. He enjoys playing pinball and retro arcade games, gets super excited about craft beer releases as well as trying hip, new coffee places. Joe was a military brat born in Germany and currently lives in Tacoma with his wife Rachael, who also works for Scarlett. He loves exploring new towns and cities with Rachael and their rambunctious and entertaining toddler, Huxley. Any leftover affection he has goes to his friendly cat Patches, who knows more of Joe's neighbors than he does.

Deb has been with Scarlett for over two years and has been a Sales Representative for the majority of her professional career. She loves taking care of her customers and working with small businesses. Born and raised in Yakima, she currently lives in Wilsonville, OR with her sweet doggie Peyton. She has two amazing kids who are currently in college. Her son Harrison is graduating this Spring from Oregon Technical Institute and her daughter Ainsley is a sophomore at Oregon State University. Deb loves sunshine, Chardonnay, spinning vinyl records with friends, watching movies, playing tennis, and taking longs walks with her dog. Her all-time favorite happy place is Sunriver.

Debra is a real Scarlett OG! She was the first Scarlett Representative hired in 2006 and has grown into an absolute All-Star over the last 17 years! When she isn’t on the road, you can find her walking her 2 beloved Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Oda Mae and Ronin, talking to her plants, cooking and maybe even sipping a glass of wine or two ;) Born and raised in Kansas, Debra moved to the West Coast to attend George Fox University and earned a degree in Interior Design/Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business. She currently lives in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland.

Liz is an Alaskan girl through and through! Born and raised in South Central Anchorage, she loves the mountains and taking her trusty companion Sunny, her sweet rescue lab, on her road trips and weekend adventures. She has also been a serious glass artist since 1989. She loves her customers, and many have turned into true friends over the 17 years she's been with for Scarlett. During the glorious summer months, Liz tends to her precious garden, especially her beloved peonies. If she's not digging in the dirt, you'll find her on the Kenai River trying to hook a fish. Alaska and its people will forever own her heart.
